Shipping policy

We ship nationwide from Grant, Florida.

Orders are packed in the order they arrive, usually within 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking email when the package leaves.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and package size. Local pickup in the Grant / Palm Bay / Melbourne area is available — message us after you order if you prefer pickup.

Shipping cost and delivery once the package is with the carrier are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please keep freeze-dried fruit and salts sealed, in a cool dry place, away from light, heat, and humidity. Moisture will make fruit / herbs soft.
